ASUS Eee PC 4G Surf is only available in Galaxy black color and for the cheaper price of $349.99 ($50 less that the standard Asus Eee PC 4G).
Apparently, the differences between Standard Eee PC 4G and Eee PC 4G Surf come to battery life, ability of upgrading RAM memory and webcam.

Eee PC 4G Surf arranges 2.8 hours battery life and doesn’t have webcam. Also, you can not upgrade the RAM beyond 512MB like you can with the standard Eee PC (according to engadget).
