Some Details of HP UMPC 2133 Revealed; Coming in April

HP Compaq 2133 is a new UMPC that comes with a good size of 8.9" display and covers a vast range of budget systems pricing from US $630 and by getting faster processor, better GPU and more facilities like 3G the price can overtake MacBook Air’s price.

Many people had problem with the screen size of Eee PC, 7" display was a big problem for the adult users though, and the price was spot-on.

HP Compaq 2133 has solved somehow this problem. The 8.9" (WXGA) display is scratch resistant and features good 1366 x 766- pixel resolutions.

This UMPC has a VIA chip in its heart; a C7 processor, or one of the upcoming Isaiah chips or can be powered by Penryn ultraportables. Yeah! This time you can not find any Intel chip; best victory for VIA!

It weighs 1.3 kg (2.5 lbs) with its aluminum chassis. This lightweight UMPC provides optional SSD, nearly full-sized QWERTY (95% of full), ExpressCard/54 slot, Wireless LAN, and built-in webcam according to Engadget.

And according to the UMPC Portal, this HP UMPC comes with LAN, power and USB's on the right and DVI-OUT on the left. This machine also arranges a mouse pointer.

This UMPC runs on either Linux or Vista OS.

This UMPC looks very attractive. Of course in the further news we will know more about it. If you are not hurry to buy a UMPC for your self it is better you wait a bit more until April. Maybe you will have better options for purchase.
