10-in MSI Wind PC with Atom CPU Available for Pre-Order only $610

At last we can see the existence of MSI Wind PC in the market after long waiting. Wind PC is now available for pre-order in US and UK via Expansys store. Price and features of Wind PC in these two countries is the same. Wind PC with 10" display and three options in color (White, black and pink) color is priced at $610.

The price looks very nice when you see this laptop comes with 10-inches display and fast 1.6 GHz Atom processor, ample 1GB of RAM and huge storage (compared to all other low-cost laptops) of 80GB.

I am very satisfied to see the attractive Wind PC. This laptop is a real low-cast (mini) laptop or it is better I say real low-cost ultra portable laptop.

This laptop is available either with XP Home or Linux. The Linux version is only 30pounds is cheaper than The XP version ( pricing at $610 or £349.95)

The interesting is that if I compare this laptop with HP 2133 mini-note, The XP version of the wind comes almost at the same price as the Vista Home Basic 32 version of the HP 2133 (pricing at $600 and featuring VIA C7-M ULV processor (1.2 GHz, 128 KB L2 cache, 800 MHz FSB, 1 GB of RAM, 120GB HDD, 8.9-inch diagonal WXGA display, Webcam, Ethernet, 802.11 a/b/g wi-fi, 2 USB 2.0, microphone in, headphone/line-out, external VGA monitor).
