3DMark06: 3937 ( This result is some strange because this result shows that this laptop will not stay among the real gaming laptops and it is some opposite of the words that you find in the review. What do you think? Do you agree with me? Please share your opinions in the comment section.)
The laptop was under review here featured Intel Core 2 Due 900series, 2GB of RAM, 250GB 5400 rpm HDD, DVD burner, 15.4 display (1680X 1050), Nvidia GeForce 9600M graphics, 802.11 a/g/n W-Fi, 3USB port, eSATA, FireWire, HDMI, VGA, IR, Microphone, Dual Headphone, Modem, Ethernet, 5-in-1 media card reader, Express Card, 6.4lbs weight and Vista Home Premium.
Now let us look at the review of PC Magazine briefly:

(Pros)
- The dv5 is a terrific desktop replacement filled with features perfect for today's home users.
-Chrome interior is a different look
-Powerful discrete graphics card
-Multiple battery options
-Integrated HD tuner
-HDMI-out
-eSATA/USB 2.0 combo port which is four times the speed of a USB 2.0 port
- New "frameless" widescreen

- The new look does a better job at concealing fingerprints and smudges than a black polish, although against a fluorescent light, the reflected glare can be a distraction.
- The surface of the keyboard feels smoother; the typing experience is very pleasant
- The Altec Lansing speakers sounded very good
-The Blu-ray drive option can be added for $400
- Should have been lighter than its predecessor
