Apple Music Event: Yerba Buena Center is preparing for the big day

The Yerba Buena Center is now preparing for the big Apple event that would take place on September 1, 2010. If you remember, Apple unveiled its iPad in the beginning of 2010 at this place. For years, this place has been used by Apple.

On August 25, 2010, Apple sent out invitations to media people containing picture of an acoustic guitar with a sound hole cut in the shape of Apple. The 2009 Music Event invitation contained a dancing silhouette.

Apple Insider posted a picture of the preparation of the event at the Yerba Buenta Center in San Francisco. Here is the picture.

The logo led many experts believe that Apple would make some serious announcements related to music.

However, the center of all the rumor is the iPod Touch. It is believed that Apple would unveil a new iPod Touch at the show that would come up with many features that are currently available at the Apple iPhone such as high resolution retina display, dual camera- a front camera with supporting Facetime feature, a rear camera with flash, and gyroscope.

There is also a rumor about a newly designed iPod Nano sans clickwheel. The new iPod Nano would feature a small touchscreen and would have squar size just like the iPod Shuffle.

News reports are also saying that Apple would release a newly designed set top box named iTV for $99 that would support varios applications. In addition, Apple is rumored to start a new service that would allow users to rent TV shows for $0.99.
