Samsung wants to emerge as the largest Mobile Phone Maker

We all know that Nokia is the market leader in the mobile phone industry. Samsung has now felt that the company can do very well in the mobile phone sector sand it wants to be the largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world within three years.

Nokia is not doing that well and is losing market share almost everywhere. Even in countries like China and India, Nokia is slowly but steadily losing market share. I t think that the main problem lies in Nokia’s ability to do well in the smartphone segment.

Samsung has experienced good amount of success with its smartphone model called Galaxy S. So, the officials of this company are taking this product seriously. In fact, Samsung is planning to invest more in the mobile phone segment and this way they are expecting to get more shares of the markets in different countries.

I think that the main battle file will be fought in Asia because Nokia is very strong in most Asian countries. India and China both are biggest market for Nokia and the main will be fought in this two countries. If Samsung can increase market share in these two counties then it will not be impossible to overtake Nokia.
