We all have heard and seen the picture of the legendary white iPhone but it never came to the stores. Rumor of a white color iPad 2 is now doing rounds on Internet. Apple would release the white-color iPad2 on March 2, 2011.
9to5Mac came up with the report. It showed picture of a white color iPad 2 bezel. It came from iFiYouri iPhone repair shop located in Shenzen, China. What makes it more credible is that the bezel has a hole at the top showing evidence that iPad 2 will carry a front facing camera.
Apple iPad 2 will be unveiled at the Yerba Buena Center for Arts in San Francisco, the same place where Apple unveiled the iPad in 2010 and last year and launched its first TV commercial at the 2010 Oscars.
Apple, to date, sold 15 million iPads all over the world. Let’s hope iPad 2 keeps that momentum and why not, it has many thing the first gen iPad missed except Flash support.
The new iPad 2 will be smaller and lighter than its predecessor . It will have next-generation A5 processor which is more powerful than the current A4 chip. It is expected to have a 12-hour battery back up.
